At present, no one is really working on Boson. The CERN folks were interested in it, but I wasn't able to free up the time I would have needed to actually develop on it, partly because of lack of interest from the rest of the community at the time. I'd say that, currently, Boson is facing the chicken-and-egg problem—no one works on it because no one is working on it. -- Kevin L.
