If I understand the original charter for Oslo, it was to consolidate code already in use by projects to facilitate sharing. It would seem to me that if swob has a compelling reason to exist, and other data plane projects see value in it (and I’m starting to think Marconi would be on that list), it would be a good candidate for extraction to a standalone library. I personally see a lot of alignment between swob and Falcon, and convergence between the two libraries could be a productive path to explore.
