Hello! Recently I've discovered (and it was really surprising for me) that horizon package isn't published on PyPi (see http://paste.openstack.org/show/73348/). The reason why I needed to install horizon this way is that it is desirable for muranodashboard unittests to have horizon in the test environment (and it currently seems not possible).
