Hello Team: As some of you are aware, I've been working on a couple of reviews to add Trove testing support to devstack-gate (viz. https://review.openstack.org/#/c/65040/, and https://review.openstack.org/#/c/65065/). Hopefully these will be merged soon.
The next part of the integration plan is to start porting over tests that currently exist under trove-integration to tempest. I've enumerated (at a high-level) a list of such Trove tests at https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/trove-tempest-items. I've started porting some of the basic API tests (beginning with flavors), but there are quite a few more that need to get written / ported over. I had brought this up at our last Trove IRC meeting when a few of you expressed interest in working on it. Let's discuss our plan-of-action around this during today's IRC meeting to help clarify who's interested in working on what pieces. See you at the Trove meeting! Cheers, -Nikhil
