Hi,
Environment:
openstack (liberty) swift
swift3: 1.7.0
boto: 2.48.0
If bucket name has unicode characters such as Chinese words
(`u'\u54e6\u76c6\u65af\u5766'`),
boto will return "AccessDenied".
See this (https://github.com/boto/boto3/issues/1693) for details, because i
thought it was boto's fault at first.
