The story with all of the tasks for tracking the zuul migration has so many comments it will no longer display in my browser. So, I've created 2 tools to look at the data from the command line.
https://review.openstack.org/597245 has a tool to list the task assignments https://review.openstack.org/597244 has a tool to change the task assignment for 1 task The UX for the assignment tool is terrible, so you have to provide your numerical user ID. The easiest way to find that may be to use the list tool and copy it from one of the tasks already assigned to you.
