There are two questions that are bothering me now.
Firstly, can Karbor restore resource to other region?
Secondly, I have notice that when we create a restore with CLI，the command will
be like this:
openstack data protection restore create cf56bd3e-97a7-4078-b6d5-f36246333fd9
c2ddf803-3655-4e26-8605-de36bdbeb701 --restore_target
http://xx.xx.xx.xx/indentity --restore_username demo --restore_password admin
--parameters
resource_type=OS::Nova::Server,restore_net_id=c6b392d4-20ec-483f-9411-d188b3ba79ae,restore_name=vm_restore
what do the "--restart_target", "--restore_username" and "--restore_password"
parameters be used for?
