It's not an exhaustive search (for example, it doesn't include stable or feature branches, nor open reviews) but http://codesearch.openstack.org/?q=heat.translator suggests that Murano and StarlingX may be relying on heat-translator and both of those plus Apmec show up for http://codesearch.openstack.org/?q=tosca.parser (also indications that Senlin may be interested in adding support in the future). -- Jeremy Stanley
