Yeap, because of the bug [#1677217] in the standard
AggregateImagePropertiesIsolation filter, we have written a custom
Nova scheduler filter.

The filter AggregateImageOsDistroIsolation is a simplified version the
AggregateImagePropertiesIsolation, based only on the 'os_distro' image
property.
