Hi Tempest Team, I would like to propose Felipe Monteiro (irc: felipemonteiro) to Tempest core.
Felipe has been an active contributor to the Tempest since the Pike cycle. He has been doing lot of review and commits since then. Filling the gaps on service clients side and their testing and lot other areas. He has demonstrated the good quality and feedback while his review. He has good understanding of Tempest source code and project missions & goal. IMO his efforts are highly valuable and it will be great to have him in team. As per usual practice, please vote +1 or -1 to the nomination. I will keep this nomination open for a week or until everyone voted.
