To my experience switching everything to Py3 in Debian, the only issues were: - manila-ui - networking-mlnx The Melanox driver will probably be dropped from Debian, so the only collateral is manila-ui, which is being worked on upstream. The other one that isn't Py3 ready *in stable* is trove-dashboard. On the packaging level, this wont be an issue for Rocky, and for Queens (which you probably don't care about), you could just add these patches at the packaging level.
