Oh my bad, ironic-python-agent-builder was included as it's included as
an ironic project[1] NOT because it;s listed in projects.txt. Given
that it's clearly not for me to remove anything.
Having said that if the project hasn't had any updates at all since it's
creation in July 2017 perhaps it's no longer needed and could be
removed?
We do plan to use it, we just never had time to populate it :(
