The first bug is just a duplicate of the second. It seems the TetRPC
test suite has a way to end up in an infinite recusion.
Related patch https://review.openstack.org/#/c/507239/ has been merged.
It makes the test run with timeout and lock support this might help
with the troubleshooting of the bug. Based on logstash there was no new
appearance of this problem since then so I think the related patch
actually fixed the problem.
Versioned notification transformation

Service create and destroy notifications
----------------------------------------
This is the only notification heavy spec that was approved to Queens.
It adds two new notifications service.create and service.delete similar
to the already existing service.update versioned notification.
