I use openstack-ansible for all of my OpenStack testing and deployment needs currently so if there was an AIO that I could use as a reference that would be awesome. I personally found that having scenarios available in the AIO helps drive upgrades and adoptions of new features. As an example I deployed an AIO with the Magnum add-on to do a Kubernetes demo during an innovation day.
