hi, this is a continuation of the ceilometer-api is deprecated discussion. with that marked as deprecated as of Ocata, what do we do with threshold rule alarms as it relies on ceilometer-api? logically, we'd deprecate it as well. this will require heat as well to deprecate it on their end. what else?
