Hi Srini:

I am very interested in this, and I think this would be a nice performance 
improvement. We'd have to maintain backwards compatibility with the existing 
code, since only version of OVS >= 1.10 have flow-based tunneling code. If you 
want, I'd be happy to review your BP and code for this, or even work with you 
on this.
