The gate has been terribly broken of the last couple of weeks, and right
now people running 'recheck no bug' aren't helping, as it keeps papering
over *real* issues. There was a glance one, which is fixed.
However the current biggest issue is probably this one -

There is some massive race between nova and quantum where quantum is
returning results that don't include the expected keys. And it's
definitely a race, as it makes it through on rechecks.
This is negatively impacting every single project in OpenStack.
Can someone from the quantum team get engaged here to help figure out
what's going on?
