I’m writing a non-blocking DTLS server + client.

Is there a way to control the reliability timeouts that OpenSSL’s DTLS
implementation will use during the initial handshake?

My application uses quite small timeouts for failure detection (e.g. -
sub-second timeouts) and, therefore, I want the DTLS handshake to proceed quite
quickly and redundantly / aggressively to overcome any network loss.

Can anyone point me at any relevant documentation on this in OpenSSL?

Cheers!
