I heartily agree.

But, as someone who has been working hard to help "keep the lights on"
so that OpenSSL remains viable, I call tell you that while we can find
financial support for adding features, there is no support for "not*
adding features. Or for tedious boring things like release management,
code review, refactoring, documentation, the backlog of worthy patch
contributions, etc.
