Support for DTLS 1.2 in OpenSSL

Hi all,
    When can we expect support for DTLS 1.2 in OpenSSL? From change log, I
see that it will be supported in the release of OpenSSL-1.1.0. Is there any
expected date for the release of 1.1.0 version? Please provide some info in
this regard.
