Some stupip person may have. Anyone familiar with the concepts will
already know the entertaining result:
The video will be instantly recognizable, but with funky colors and
maybe some vertical striping as each group of 128 bits will hold
multiple pixels (typically 4, 5, or 8) whose colors will be strangely
combined to form a horizontal block of the same number of pixels, whose
encrypted colors represent different non-linear mixtures of the
original pixel colors.
However because this color mapping is the same throughout the image,
the result will still greatly resemble the original, only with funky
colors.
