In years past the CMVP has objected to our release of FIPS module
software and documentation prior to formal contract award. So, we're not
posting anything on the openssl.org web site yet.

However, we are an open source enterprise and so most of what we're
working on it available if you know where to look for it. The as yet
unreleased draft User Guide document for the pending 2.0 validation, for
instance, is at
http://opensslfoundation.com/testing/validation-2.0/docs/UserGuide-2.0-draft.pdf.

Please keep in mind that this document is still a work in progress, both
incomplete and in need of further editing and proofreading. Use at your
own risk, provided with no warranty whatsoever, etc.

Corrections, comments, suggestions, etc. are welcome.
