so seems using DevStudio IDE building isn't an easy way, but maybe it is sufficient to run a custom build command to build OpenSSL - the debugger will work as long as CL.EXE was called with the needed debug switches (i.e. it is not needed to make DevStudio run the compiler, also make can do, the debugger works in both cases).
