OpenSSL_FIPS_1.2__03.8j.xls I am facing a issue while running a process on
win x64 AMD platform using fips 1.2 and 0.9.8j the process is continuously
crashing down. on further investigation i found out that the fips_selftest
is not sucessfull at all.
here are the steps i performed to build the openssl 1.2
i used the ms\do_fips.bat to come up generate the libs.
then used to get the 0.9.8j libs performed the following steps:
perl Configure VC-WIN64A fips
--with-fipslibdir=D:\OpenSSL\openssl-fips-1.2\openssl-fips-1.2\out32dll
ms\do_win64a
nmake -f ms\ntdll.mak
Can any one tell me the reason and or the exact steps to get this done on a
win64x box as i am in a crunch at present.
i am just new to openssl so dont know the internals of it in great details.
also is there anyway we can dubug the openssl code as i have everything in
the form on c files and notthing else.
any help will be appreciated a lot..
