Does anyone know how to approach generating certificates to be used with Elliptic Curve Cryptography (TLS) and OpenVPN? The normal generation process for RSA certificates does not work, so it looks like there is a different procedure (as with Apache and ECC certificates). I compiled openvpn using snapshots of openssl v1.0.0 and installed both on my host and client machine, so ECC-TLS is supported. I have tried everything I know, I got Apache to work with ECC-TLS certificates and all, but not OpenVPN (arrrrrgg...@!$).
