This works in the 0.9.9-dev snapshots:
openssl dgst -sign rsakey.pem -sigopt rsa_padding_mode:pss ...
I am not on the OpenSSL dev team, so I cannot comment on how soon this
code will be an official release. My best guess is: a long time.
