This is the first full release of OpenSSL that can link against the
validated FIPS module version 1.2
I forgot to ask earlier today, but does the security vulnerability
affect 0.9.7m? If so, any plans for an official release?
(Or is 0.9.7 officially retired and I simply missed the memo?)
