Thank you for your explanation, I did what you said and it worked fine
on a simple text file I use for the tests. When I tried to encrypt a >
400mb tgz file, though, I got this error message:
11980:error:0406D06E:rsa routines:RSA_padding_add_PKCS1_type_2:data too
large for key size:rsa_pk1.c:151:
Could you tell me what are the limits, or what I did incorrectly?
The version I am using is ("openssl -version" output):
OpenSSL 0.9.8g 19 Oct 2007
OS is 64 bit Kubuntu 8.04.
