That's not helpful for two reasons. First, two problems that appear almost exactly the same may in fact be completely different. The other problem report is not that helpful because there's a log of the problem case but no log of the non-problem case. Worse, the problem seems to be simply that the server drops the connection. Since we can't see the server logs, the only way to troubleshoot is to test in-between the case known to work and the case not known to work to see exactly what it takes to make it work. That's not possible without the ability to test against the server.
