Problem updating from 0.9.8g to 0.9.8h for Windows

Hello, all...

I built all the application that worked properly with 0.9.8g, but when I 
tryed to use de new version 0.9.8.h the application is not running with the 
message "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002)". What 
did happen with this new version?
