I have VS.2003, VS.2005, and VS.2008 all installed on the same machine. Just don't include the environment variables or paths in the System Environment. Use the batch files that come with the SDKs and the compilers to setup the development environment you need for the build you are making.
I used to have VC.6 as well. There simply is no reason for it anymore.
