On Unix pod2man.pl script is used.
I think that pod2chm from CPAN perl module may help :-)
C:\Perl>ppm install pod2chm

No matches for 'pod2chm';
I've always had a sneaking suspicion that perl is smirking!

I don't think the 'rsa.1' file is installed for a windows install?
I couldn't find it in the untarred .gz file either?
rsa.c .h and .pod are there, but no rsa.1?

So I download the gzip.
How do I install from a file please?
