Use of Makefile.ssl

Hi all,

      In openssl-0.9.8a I am not finding Makefile.ssl file. Please can
you tell me 
How this is taken care. I need to edit my Makefile which invokes
Makefile.ssl. So I 
am thinking of how to handle this.
