In fact I know that, I ve installed GCC ..
I ll try to install C Compiler  ..
But Can you plz advice me  Where  I can get C Compiler , or developer tools 
I got Visual C++, so Does it meet my requirement  ? 
Any help will most appreciated  ,

You don't have the C compiler or developer tools installed.  Install
those, and 'make' will be installed, along with gcc.
