I have Cygwin .. I m trying to install Perl When I type sh Configure -de I get this error : "I don't know where 'make' is and my life depends on it. Go find a public domain implementation or fix your PATH settings!"
I downloaded the dmake-4.1pl1-win32 .. I tried to install it .. , then retry the perl installation .. the same error occurred ... Any Help will most welcome ..
