In openssl's directory, u should try the following steps as described
in INSTALL.W32
1. perl Configure VC-WIN32
2. ms\do_ms
3. Edit ms\ntdll.mak or ms\nt.mak, modify -MD to -MDd
4. nmake -f ms\ntdll.mak

p.s. The EVP_SignXXX functions work well. Try check your own code.
