Hi Oscar, The released wcecompat only works with Windows CE SDK's up to Pocket PC 2002 (eVC3). I am yet to release eVC4 support -- just haven't found time to do so. If you want to make your own local changes you should find that they are quite minor -- the changes that I am yet to release included a revamp of the build framework to support older and newer CE devices.
