My first reaction was exactly that answer, but then I realised a
revocation *request* is a completely different animal. I haven't
quite followed the development of PKIX stuff as of late, so I'm not
sure if there is such a thing or not... I can say that if this is
about something other than a CRL, then no, OpenSSL doesn't have
support for it, at least as far as I know.
