Very thanks for your reply. Actually I am doing a project entitled "ElGamal signing certifications for PKI". Main goal of the project is to convert the elgamal keys to PKCS8 standard. So that we can use elgamal keys in any PKI solutions (openSSL, openCA...)

The short-term goal is convert elgamal keys to PKCS#8, and it should be possible to view elgamal key in openssl.

I have libraries to generate elgamal keys. All i wanted to do is,

I have PKCS#8's asn.1 notation, I�ll convert elgamal keys to that structure, then i want to encode the asn.1 type to DER/PEM format file.
