Uhmm, -ldl is given as the $lflags in the Linux configuration
targets. That means that on Linux, openssl will *always* be linked
with -ldl, no exception. And yes, removing it from EX_LIBS in the top
Makefile.ssl is the answer for now.
I really gotta rework Configure for 0.9.8-dev...
