Hi,

I've read the license now, and I am still unclear on a few license issues
and several legal/export issues. I am hoping someone here can lend a
hand.

We are planning on creating an application that uses stunnel and openssl
on Windows. The goal is to allow users to click on a single download that
contains an installer that will install both stunnel and the two openssl
dlls, libeay32 and libssl32. A separate click would let the user download
the source to stunnel which is gpl'd. Downloaders would be people around
the world.

License issues:

1. Am I right to think that we can ship dlls to openssl without shipping
source?

2. For the lawyers sake, if they want to get "official" answers, who are
the openssl copyright holders? Where do I get a list?

Legal/export issues:

1. Shipping binaries, do we have to worry about crypto export
regulations? If so, what US gov't agency controls this?

2. Do you know of any reason we can't wrap an InstallShield like
installer around both stunnel and openssl and have only a single download?

3. Do we need to protect our US based website with a page asking
folks to state they aren't terrorists and will cooperate
    with us export laws?

3. Anything else I should know to keep me out of a Federal Jail?

Thanks for your help,

Jerry Asher
