I've built the openssl.exe file for windows ce, but when I transfered it to a Compaq Ipaq h3800 it didn't run. The operating system of the handheld device is PocketPc 2002 and the cpu is ARM. Does anyone have an idea of what was wrong or has experienced similar problems?
