Keep in mind that this may also just be some random program that has installed spyware or something like BackOrifice on your system. If you have installed Kazaa or any one of the free screensavers advertised or just spammed around, you could very easily have something watching where you go and storing that info to report later. Kazaa is pretty well known for selling advertising space based on the kind of website you visit or even a specific domain. They have been suspected of selling ads to a company that pop up from your browser when you visit their competitor. The typical surfer assumes the popup comes from the site they are visiting, and the site often loses business because of it. If the FBI were after you, they would be very unlikely to actually write to your disk, since they are more in the business of collecting info. This is probably someone making use of free storage or just looking for some useful information - that is a very common problem when someone installs an ftp server that has anonymous ftp uploads enabled by default, and forget to disable it. You can come back a week later to find you have no more space on your disk. And sometimes, the content *is* illegal, they just put it there so they can spread it around without being caught distributing it. So you probably want to google for spyware and BackOrifice remedies.
