I am running a web-server application on Linux 1.3 and openSSL (1.6?). I use a self-signed certificate. My users have no problems with the system; it runs fine. I, however, get timed out frequently when accessing the system from within the LAN. I have no hardware or wiring problems on this LAN. Apache usenet people seem not to be able to offer any ideas. I'm getting no error messages in either Apache or ssl. Could this be an ssl issue? Does this sound familiar to anyone? Is my authentication being revoked for some reason?
