Well you should get an OID tree allocated and use an OID from that. For
example:

http://www.isi.edu/cgi-bin/iana/enterprise.pl

You can include a URL with the CPS OID. See the extension info in
doc/openssl.txt.

Whether it gets displayed or not depends on the client software. MSIE seems to
manage this OK.
