Dear Sir/Madam,
I am not a unix/linux professional but I have to install a custom linux software on linux operating system.
The instructions say to run command "make" to build the libraries. they run fine.
then the instructions say to run the command "make test" to test the libraries.
but I get the following error.
---
running bc

Failed! bc: /bin/sh: bc: command not found
make[1]: *** [test_bn] Error 255
make[1]: Leaving directory '/usr/local/openssl-0.9.5a/test'
make: *** [tests] Error 2
---
Please help me. I am trying to install openssl-0.9.5a version as the software installation instructions require that particular version(openssl-0.9.5a)
Operating system we have is Red hat Linux Advanced server version 2.1.
Thanks
MJ
