about the ssl dynamic lib link(ssleay32.dll,libeay32.dll)

When i run the compiled ssl_echo example,it pop up a link error about the ordinal locating.My openssl version is 0.9.7-beta4.I search the maillist about the ordinal question but got nothing.Anyone can help me?   vaccy
