I don't think it is a FAQ. It doesn't seem to be frequent, or am I missing some mails? If it's a FAQ, then it really belongs to a general PKI FAQ, if such a beast exists. But since people ask here for mod_ssl questions, I don't think they'll search for a general PKI FAQ to get an answer to what they consider to be an OpenSSL bug.
