I have installed OpenSSL from openssl.org. I have installed Crypt::SSLeay. My situation is that I am trying to compose a POST to an https: server. Using a webbrowser, the server will come back and ask for my username and password. How do I set these so that the POST works in my Perl program? In the readme file for Crypt:SSLeay, I saw some mention of setting ENV variables in the proxy situation, but I have no proxies in my case.
