Dear all, Using Apache/modssl/openssl SSL worked fine with test certs. But when I try to add a verisign cert I get the following error and the startup failes.
-- mod_ssl: Init: Unable to read server certificate from file /opt/apache/conf/ssl.crt/server.crt (OpenSSL library error follows) -- OpenSSL: error:0D09F007:asn1 encoding routines:d2i_X509:expecting an asn1 sequence As I found several Mails with this problem and tried the following: /opt/apache/ssl/bin/openssl pkcs7 -in server.crt -inform DER -print_certs -out certs.pem But again I get an error that is yet not documented: unable to load PKCS7 object 20893:error:0D091007:asn1 encoding routines:d2i_PKCS7:expecting an asn1 sequence:p7_lib.c:162:address=1073996248 offset=0 Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong??
